All of our items are custom made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, specifications, and custom options carefully before finalizing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll be happy to assist and arrange a replacement if applicable.
